fixmyphotos.ai provides AI-powered and professional human photo restoration services. Our service allows users to upload damaged, faded, or old photographs and receive professionally restored versions through either automated AI processing or manual restoration by professional artists.

5. Photo Upload and Processing

5.1 Photo Requirements

Photos must meet the following requirements:

• Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP
• Maximum file size: 10MB
• You must own the photo or have permission to restore it
• Photo must not contain illegal or inappropriate content

5.2 Processing and Delivery

We will process your photos according to the selected restoration method (AI or Human). Processing times vary: AI restoration typically takes 10–20 minutes, while human restoration takes 24-48 hours. You will receive your restored photos via email or through your account dashboard.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Our current pricing is:

• AI Restoration: $19.99 per photo
• Human Restoration: $34.99 per photo

Prices are subject to change with notice. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original photos. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your photos as necessary to provide our service.
